No one can read a leader’s mind.

If this is so blatantly obvious, why does it happen everyday that leaders expect group members to know what they want? The enlightened leader makes his observations, mental process, emotions and desires crystal clear, ongoing. This is done in a spirit of generosity. The generous leader gives himself up to his constituency by continually revealing who he is and does not blame others when he has failed to communicate what he wants. In other words, the leader takes total responsibility for delivering the message he wants others to hear.

About Zen 'n' Ink

Zen ‘n’ ink is a small publisher in the Pacific Northwest and for 15 years we have been releasing work that has the intention of improving the quality of life. We write and produce books, posters, T-shirts, CDs, audiotapes and pamphlets that encourage self-development and social responsibility. As you will see, we are especially interested in relationships, love, power, spirit, feeling and self-improvement. "The Little Blue Book on Power" is the primer for personal power and leadership. "The Way We Love" is a provocative text on relationships of many kinds. "Conversations with Dog" is a more philosophical look at life, religion, love and a relationship with a Border Collie. The themes of love, power and relationship run through many of the books and CDs/tapes. Explore the site and send us your feedback.
